Niall Daly, Partner heads up our Conveyancing Department and assist commercial and private clients. The services he provides include the following:-
- Purchase and Sale of Properties
- Advising Landowners in respect of Compulsory Purchaser Orders
- Landlord and Tenant issues
- Drafting and negotiating all types of Leases
- Taxation advice relevant to sales and purchases
- Farm Sales and Development Land Sales
Niall is a Partner in the Conveyancing and Probate Department. He graduated from University College Cork in 1983 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1987.
Sarah graduated from University College Cork and qualified as a Solicitor in 2008. Bringing a wealth of experience in Conveyancing both Private and Commercial. She is also the Deputy Coroner for West Cork.
