Niall Daly, Partner is in charge of the firms Probate Department dealing with the following matters:-
- Estate Planning and Succession Law
- Administration of Estates
- Drafting of Wills
- Powers of Attorney, including Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Advices to Executors on their duties and responsibilities
Niall is a Partner in the Conveyancing and Probate Department. He graduated from University College Cork in 1983 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1987.
Sarah graduated from University College Cork and qualified as a Solicitor in 2008. Bringing a wealth of experience in Conveyancing both Private and Commercial. She is also the Deputy Coroner for West Cork.
